Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale govern subscription, payment and management of paid subscriptions offered by Hobs Space. They supplement the Terms of Use.

Overview
These Terms of Sale (hereinafter the “Terms of Sale”) govern the subscription, payment and management terms for paid subscriptions offered by Hobs Space.
They supplement the Terms of Use.
In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Sale prevail for all commercial and financial matters.
1. Seller identification
The Hobs Space service is operated by:
- Company name: HOBS SPACE FZ-LLC
- Legal form: Free Zone Limited Liability Company (FZ-LLC)

2. Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to any purchase of a paid subscription to the Hobs Space Service by a User, whether:
- a consumer (B2C),
- a professional (B2B).
3. Offers and subscriptions
3.1 Available plans
Hobs Space offers different subscription plans (monthly or yearly), whose features and prices are presented on the website.
Hobs Space reserves the right to modify its offers at any time.
Changes do not affect current subscriptions before renewal.
3.2 Subscription term
Subscriptions are purchased for a fixed term (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically unless canceled.
4. Prices
Prices are displayed: in euros (€), excluding taxes (excl. VAT) or including taxes (incl. VAT) depending on the User’s location.
Applicable taxes (VAT, local taxes) are calculated automatically at checkout.
5. Payment
5.1 Payment methods
Payments are processed by secure third-party providers, including Stripe.
Hobs Space never has access to the User’s full payment card details.
5.2 Payment authorization
By subscribing, the User authorizes Hobs Space and its payment providers to automatically charge amounts due according to the selected billing period.
6. Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.
The User can manage or cancel their subscription at any time from their Account.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Right of withdrawal (B2C)
7.1 Principle
In accordance with consumer protection rules, the consumer User has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.
7.2 Exception – Immediate performance
By immediately activating digital features after subscribing, the User:
- expressly requests immediate performance of the Service,
- acknowledges losing their right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed.
- This acceptance is collected at the time of payment.
8. Refund policy
Unless otherwise required by law: subscriptions are non-refundable, and no partial refund is issued in the event of early cancellation.
Commercial exception
Exceptionally and without obligation, Hobs Space may grant a refund if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the initial subscription.
9. Price changes
Hobs Space may change its prices.
In the event of a price change with an adverse impact: the User is informed at least 30 days in advance, and the new price applies at the next renewal.
10. Payment incidents
If a payment fails:
- access to paid features may be suspended,
- Hobs Space reserves the right to cancel the subscription after attempts to resolve the issue.
11. Cancellation
11.1 Cancellation by the User
The User may cancel their subscription at any time from their Account.
Cancellation does not entitle the User to a refund for the current billing period.
11.2 Cancellation by Hobs Space
Hobs Space may cancel a subscription in the event of:
- violation of the Terms of Use or Terms of Sale,
- fraud or abusive use,
- persistent non-payment.
12. Suspension and Account deletion
Deleting the Account results in the loss of access to paid features at the end of the current billing period.
No data or content retention is guaranteed after deletion, in accordance with the Terms of Use.
13. Liability
Hobs Space is subject to an obligation of means.
Hobs Space’s liability is limited in accordance with the provisions set out in the Terms of Use.
14. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, in compliance with the GDPR.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, and subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal.
16. Final provisions
If any clause is found invalid, the remaining clauses remain valid.
Failure to assert a right does not constitute a waiver.
Hobs Space may assign these Terms of Sale without restriction.
