Terms of Sale

Orders are placed online from the Account: choice of offer, summary (price, billing period, taxes), acceptance of these Terms of Sale and, for digital services and content, the request for immediate performance (Section 11), then payment.

The order confirmation and the invoice are available from the Account or sent by email.

A 14-day free trial may be offered for some plans. A payment card is required to start the trial.

Unless canceled before the end of the trial, the paid subscription starts automatically when the trial ends and the first payment is charged. The trial can be canceled at any time from the Account.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Hob's Space does not have access to full payment card numbers.

By subscribing, the customer authorizes automatic collection of the amounts due at each renewal date, as well as metered usage for the period.

The subscription is concluded for the chosen period (month or year) and renews automatically for the same period unless canceled before the renewal date.

Renewal reminder: for an annual subscription, a reminder email is sent to the customer between three months and one month before the renewal date; for a monthly subscription, 7 days before each renewal. The reminder states the renewal date, the amount and how to cancel: from the Account, before the renewal date, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current period (Section 10).

The terms of a plan change (effective date, any prorated amount) are shown before it is confirmed.

• Team seats: billed on top of the CREW plan according to the number of seats subscribed.
• Email and SMS: each plan includes a volume; beyond it, usage is billed at the displayed rates on the invoice for the relevant period.
• E-signature credits: one credit is used per advanced signature.

The customer may cancel their subscription at any time from their Account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; access to paid features is maintained until then.

Deleting the Account immediately cancels subscriptions (see Terms of Use, Section 20).

Hob's Space may terminate a subscription in the event of a serious breach of the Terms of Use or these Terms of Sale, fraud or persistent non-payment, as set out in the Terms of Use.

Subscriptions and digital add-ons

Consumers in principle have 14 days to withdraw. Because access to the Service and to digital add-ons is provided immediately, a mandatory checkbox shown before payment records the consumer’s express request for immediate performance and their acknowledgement that they lose their right of withdrawal.

In accordance with Articles L221-25 and L221-28 of the French Consumer Code: the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised for digital content whose supply has begun with that consent, or for a service fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period; for a service that has begun but is not complete, a consumer who withdraws pays an amount proportionate to what has been provided until they withdraw.

Where the right of withdrawal can still be exercised, the consumer notifies their decision by an unequivocal statement, by email to support@hobs.space or using the model form in Section 12.

Apart from the exercise of the right of withdrawal or of legal guarantees, amounts paid for a subscription period that has started are not refunded, including when canceling mid-period.

Goodwill gesture: exceptionally and without obligation, Hob's Space may refund a subscription canceled within 72 hours of the initial subscription, upon request to support@hobs.space.

Hob's Space may change its prices. Any change applicable to an ongoing subscription is announced by email and by an in-app banner at least 30 days before it takes effect and only applies from the next renewal; the customer may cancel before that date.

If a payment fails, further collection attempts may be made and the customer is invited to update their payment method. If the situation is not remedied, access to paid features may be suspended and the subscription then terminated.

When you buy a product, ticket, course, newsletter subscription or appointment on a User’s page or website (the “Seller”), the contract is concluded with that Seller, not with Hob's Space. Terms of sale, right of withdrawal, guarantees, delivery and customer service are the Seller’s responsibility.

• Sellers are businesses or private individuals, independent from Hob's Space.
• Consumer rights only apply to purchases from a business Seller.
• Hob's Space offers no paid ranking or placement of offers.
• Hob's Space takes no commission on these sales.
• Payments are processed by Stripe: the amount is collected on Hob's Space’s platform account and then transferred to the Seller; a refund reverses that transfer.

To report a Seller or illegal content: the “Report content” link on every public page, or support@hobs.space (Terms of Use, Section 15).

Hob's Space’s liability is governed by Section 18 of the Terms of Use. Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits the rights granted to consumers by law.

Before referring a dispute to the mediator, the consumer must first send a written complaint to Hob's Space customer service, handled by Hobed Mudes: by email to support@hobs.space or by post to 17 rue Antoine Chatel, 35131 Chartres-de-Bretagne, France. A response is provided within 30 days.

If the dispute remains unresolved, the consumer may refer it free of charge to the consumer mediator: [TO BE COMPLETED: CECMC-approved consumer mediator (name, website, address)], within one year of their written complaint to Hob's Space.

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of the law of the consumer’s country of residence.

Failing an amicable resolution, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules allowing consumers to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
