As HOBS SPACE FZ-LLC is not established in the European Union, it has appointed a representative in the Union within the meaning of Article 27 GDPR: Hobed Mudes, 17 rue Antoine Chatel, 35131 Chartres-de-Bretagne, France. The representative can be reached at support@hobs.space (subject: “EU Representative”).

HOBS SPACE FZ-LLC has also appointed a legal representative within the meaning of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services (DSA): Hobed Mudes, 17 rue Antoine Chatel, 35131 Chartres-de-Bretagne, France. The representative can be reached at support@hobs.space.

The trademarks, logos, software, interfaces, templates, texts and graphic elements of the Service are the property of HOBS SPACE FZ-LLC or its licensors. Any full or partial reproduction or representation without prior authorisation is prohibited, except where permitted by law.

Content published by users on their pages and websites remains the property of its authors, who are responsible for it.

6. Reporting illegal content

To report content hosted by Hob's Space that you consider illegal, use the “Report content” link shown on every public page, or email support@hobs.space with the content’s address (URL), the reasons why you consider it illegal, your name and email address, and a statement of good faith. You receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email and are then informed of the decision taken. The full procedure is described in the Terms of Use.

7. Consumer mediation

Before referring a dispute to the mediator, the consumer must first send a written complaint to Hob's Space customer service, handled by Hobed Mudes: by email to support@hobs.space or by post to 17 rue Antoine Chatel, 35131 Chartres-de-Bretagne, France. A response is provided within 30 days.

If the dispute remains unresolved, the consumer may refer it free of charge to the consumer mediator: [À COMPLÉTER : médiateur de la consommation agréé CECMC (nom, site, adresse)], within one year of their written complaint to Hob's Space.
